JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cut, clean and trim fish for further processing
- Cut fish, separate fillets and remove scrap parts using a knife
- Know how to work with the knife, cutting the whole fish for fillets
- Standing for extended periods of time
***Moderate temperatures around 10-15C
JOB BENEFITS
- Salary 19-24$/hr
- Permanent position at Saint-Léonard
- Monday to Friday from 7am to 1(3)pm, 35-40/hrs/week
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- A man, who knows how to cut fish for fillets
- Minimum proved experience of 3 months
- Desire to work responsible, and punctual
- English/French
